Use a soft brush or a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust after each wear.
Store shoes in a cool, dry place. Use shoe trees to maintain shape and absorb moisture.
Keep shoes away from water and moisture. If they get wet, let them dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight.

Our sizing charts provide a guide to size conversion based on international size measuring conventions and our own shoe fitting experience.

However the size required for any customer can vary from one style to another, even for the same designer.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You must ensure that the products are properly packed and that they are in the same condition as they were received when returning them.
